This our eternal sentence
Our descent and our fall
This is our destruction and our hell
Left to drown
Driven out from bliss
Condemned to boundless misery
Can we not be healed?
Desperate for revenge in its purest form
No longer lingering in the shadows
This is an open war
Rise up
Now time to rise from the ashes
Rise up
This is the signal to ascend
There must be blood to move us forward
Rise up
This is your signal
Rise up
Almighty I will stand
(I will stand)
Swing my blade and demoralize the god hand
Feel my wrath abhorrent ones
They will fall I will be left as one
Now anger and vengeance
Has caused a perpetual fire within
Unholy ones
This will be your extinction
Desperate for revenge in its purest form
No longer lingering in the shadows
I must arise or spill my lifeblood
(Lifeblood)
I must arise
For I am determined
Rise up
Now time to rise from the ashes
Rise up
This is the signal to ascend
There must be blood to move us forward
Rise up
This is your signal
Rise up
There is no time for despair
I've tried reason
I've tried to believe
That my victory ensures you're no longer suffering
(I will see this through)
You are my lifeblood
You are my lifeblood
Rise up
Now time to rise from ashes
Rise up
This is the signal to ascend
Lifeblood
You are my lifeblood
Rise up
Now time to rise from ashes
Rise up
This is the signal to ascend

First WTF was google music actually throwing something good into my feed.
Second WTF was everything every goddamn member of this band does. This and the previous album have been on repeat for weeks. All other music tastes like diet water. Help. Gruso
Unbelieveable how these guys grew so big so quick, you think? Think further I say and bang my head off to their crushingly heavy brand of symphonic deathcore. And they deliver this live as well and hopefully are going to wreck metal venues near you soon - and ruin your neck oc. They earned everything they got. mourner
Pity that I could not find the deluxe edition with LoG's Laid to Rest. Nevertheless I wanted to add Elegy to my BC collection. It's unique as it is a delightful mix of symphony and deathcore. The vocals are just the perfect "5th element" that allows both styles to intertwine perfectly. Ben Duerr is the perfect vocalist for this role. The Elegy trilogy at the end is just the apotheose of death-gasm, it's a good trip down to memory lane as I've seen S.O.I. live last year! sachavonkarl74
